We can accept most items back for return and refund (except DVD / CD Software, Pre cut keys, Programmable ECU's, Airbags and Seatbets) if unused and in a resale able condition if within 7 days of receipt of the goods you have informed us by writing or email that you wish to return the item and we have issued a returns authorisation. Returns request by phone are not acceptable.
Cancelled orders, Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Lost Goods or Goods you believe are incorrectly supplied must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt in writing and we will organise collection of the items at our cost. Faulty goods will be tested by the manufacturer and replacement or any refunds due will be processed and be returned to you within a 30 day period from when the goods are successfully received by us, refunds will be processed using the same method as you used for purchasing as per the distance selling act.
If you are simply returning the goods because you no longer require them, it is your responsibility to return the goods using a service that is adequately insured, and you are responsible for any cost incurred for returning the items, alternatively we can arrange for collection and this will be deducted from your credit amount.
If an item becomes faulty during it's warranty period, consequential labour costs for replacing the item during this period cannot be recovered or claimed for from CTP Parts.
(If the item was fitted at a Toyota GB Authorised Repair Centre and they proceed with the removal and replacement of the part under warranty, then the authorised Toyota GB repairer can make a claim for labour from Toyota GB)
Your statutory rights are not affected (Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000)
