We can accept any item back for return and refund (shipping charges are not refundable) if unused and in a resale able condition if within 7 days of receipt of the goods you have informed us by writing, email or fax that you wish to return the item and we have issued a returns authorisation. Returns request by phone are not acceptable.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Lost Goods or Goods you believe are incorrectly supplied must be reported to us within 10days of receipt in writing and we will organise collection of the items at our cost. Faulty goods will be tested by the manufacturer and any refunds due will be processed and be returned to you within a 30 day period from when the goods are successfully received by us, refunds will be processed using the same method as you used for purchasing.
If you are simply returning the goods because you no longer require them, it is your responsibility to return the goods using a service that is adequately insured, and you are responsible for any cost incurred for returning the items, alternatively we can arrange for collection and this will be deducted from your credit amount.
Your statutory rights are not affected (Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000)
